## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责 AI Agent 系统的架构设计与核心功能研发，包括任务规划（Planning）、工具调用（Tool Use）、上下文管理（Context Management）、长期记忆（Memory）、多 Agent 协作等核心能力建设；
- 基于 TypeScript / Node.js 技术栈，开发高性能、可扩展的 Agent Runtime、CLI 工具、SDK 及相关基础设施；
- 设计并实现 Agent 与外部系统的集成能力，包括浏览器、Shell、文件系统、数据库、API、MCP/Skills 等工具生态；
- 负责 Agent 的 Harness Engineering、Context Engineering、模型调用策略、状态管理和可靠性优化；
- 构建 Agent 评测体系，包括 Benchmark、Harness、自动化测试、回归测试和质量评估，持续提升 Agent 在真实复杂任务中的成功率；
- 研究并落地前沿 AI Agent 技术，包括 ReAct、Tool Calling、Code Agent、Multi-Agent、Agentic Workflow 等方向； 任职资格
- 计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，具备扎实的数据结构、算法、计算机系统基础；
- 精通 TypeScript，具有 3 年以上 Node.js / TypeScript 后端或工具链开发经验；
- 熟悉现代 TypeScript 工程体系，包括 npm、ESM/CJS、Bundler、CLI 开发、Package 发布等；
- 熟悉异步编程模型，包括 Promise、Event Loop、Stream、Worker Thread 等机制；
- 熟悉至少一种主流 LLM API（如 OpenAI、Anthropic、Gemini 等），有 Agent、RAG、AI Coding、智能助手等项目经验；
- 熟悉 Git、Linux、Docker，具备良好的工程设计能力和代码质量意识；
- 具备较强的问题分析能力，对复杂长链路系统的稳定性、可观测性、性能优化有实践经验。
