## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责银行渠道网点经营，做好网点的培训、辅导以及日常沟通，销售公司产品同时提升网点产能；
- 做好网点各项配套服务工作，配送各种单证资料，投保单取送及初审；
- 做好后续客户服务工作；
- 收集网点信息、健全网点经营档案，定期检视网点经营效果并制定和落实改善措施；
- 遵守公司日常管理规定，参加公司组织的各项会议和培训，按要求填写活动管理工具；
- 公司交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 年龄在25周岁-40周岁；
- 本科及以上学历，优秀者可放宽至大专；
- 身体健康、相貌品行端正、诚实守信、具有进取精神；
- 语言表达能力较好，具备较强的协调、公关能力和分析问题解决问题的能力，以往有销售管理工作经历者尤佳；
- 有银行、保险工作经验者优先。
