岗位职责 1.1、各项运营督导队伍推动方案宣导与追踪 2、督导续期保单管理 2.1、队伍工作平台使用推动 2、领导交办的其他事项 任职资格 1.大专学历 2.0-3年相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力，具有丰富的专业知识储备
