## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责协助部门总经理做好分行零售财富板块工作规划；
- 根据区域特点和客户偏好分析，做好客户资产配置，完成分行存款、理财、公私募销售任务；
- 做好私财客群经营，制定提升、防流失策略，做大私财规模，完成AUM目标；
- 负责高净值客户的开拓及重点项目的推进，促进家族信托、保险金信托等项目落地。 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历，有CFA、FRM、CFP/AFP等金融类专业证书者优先；
- 有5年以上金融从业经验，有3年以上团队管理经验，有支行长从业经验或分行级部门负责人级别从业经验者优先；
- 具有良好的团队沟通协调能力和管理能力，团队协作意识强；
- 熟悉零售银行产品，包括理财、存款、公私募等产品，熟悉资产配置，具备一定的业务指标综合分析能力 ；
- 追求卓越、勇于挑战、抗压力强，有系统思维，目标导向，有较强的激励、培养和领导能力；
- 遵纪守法，遵守职业准则，严格保守客户信息秘密，无不良记录。
