## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责量化/主观私募基金产品研究，通过策略环境、基金跟踪等分析，进行绩效归因并提供投资建议；
- 负责调研私募基金公司，进行定性和定量研究，撰写尽调报告，搭建并维护基金池；
- 维护和私募、券商以及同业的关系，挖掘和扩充优秀私募机构信息获取途径；
- 熟悉各类金融产品和金融工具，参与组合投资各类产品的设计和研发，根据客户个性化需求，提供专业的投资解决方案进行路演；
- 策划营销方案，为各分支机构提供专业培训、路演支持、策略解读等工作。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，经济或金融相关专业，具有金融与理工科复合背景者优先；
- 具备2年以上券商、基金、头部互联网平台或三方机构的投资、研究、投资顾问等相关工作经验，具备CFA、FRM、CFP等资格优先；
- 具备多资产多策略投研经历，有基金研究、投资组合绩效归因工作经验者优先。
- 具有较强的人际交往能力、逻辑思维能力、文字表达能力和沟通表达能力；
- 能承受一定工作压力，工作积极主动，沟通能力强，细致认真，具有良好的团队协作精神，具备独立路演能力。
