## Job description

岗位职责
- 开拓新合作渠道，与外部渠道进行商务谈判，负责管辖区域内渠道合作模式洽谈、协调、资源拓展，确定合作意向；
- 熟悉行业渠道拓展发展动态，主动拓展新渠道并尝试、达成长期商务合作，做好渠道关系维护和业绩推动；
- 做好业务团队管理，结合业务团队的特点，分解和制定达成团队业务目标的具体工作计划；
- 通过有效的日常活动量管理与针对性的辅导训练，提升团队成员技能和产能；
- 以结果为导向完成增长目标，并进行日常业绩达成追踪 ；
- 公司安排的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3~5年以上相关工作经验；
- 具备证券执业资格和基金执业资格；
- 具有优秀的沟通谈判能力，工作认真细致，执行力强，具有较强的抗压性；
- 具备良好的渠道拓展及团队管理能力；有券商、商业银行及信托理财经理团队长经验者，自带团队者优先考虑。
