## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责个险契约、保全的受理，处理契约、保全函件回销、归档个险契约、保全资料，保证个险契约处理时效；
- 负责个险契约、保全规则更新、宣导，并处理黑名单规则；
- 负责个险保单打印、管理单证征订；
- 个险核保拦截、前置核保任务、稽核或合规日常等任务反馈
- 处理契约保全转账失败件
- 处理咨诉及业务端契约、保全、核保类的咨询、信息需求及投诉
- 领导交代的其他工作 任职资格
- 保险、金融、经济专业优先；
- 熟悉保全、客户信息相关业务制度及其他各项工作要求；
- 熟悉保全关联业务的影响、险种条款
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力
