## Job description

岗位职责 (1) 负责企业级医疗 AI Agent 架构设计、开发、测试上线，实现 Single/Multi Agent、Workflow、ReAct 等智能体架构。 (2) 开发 Prompt、记忆、规划、工具调用等 Agent 核心能力，完成 Agent 与 HIS、EMR 等医疗业务系统集成。 (3) 设计实现患者、医生两类智能体 Workflow，覆盖导诊、随访、病历分析、辅助决策等医疗业务场景。 (4) 搭建 Agent 评估与回归测试体系，优化任务完成率、工具调用成功率、响应时间与 Token 成本，协同业务团队完成落地。 任职资格 (1) 本科及以上计算机相关专业， (2) 3 年以上研发经验；熟练 Python/Java/TypeScript 至少一种； (3) 拥有 AI Agent 实际项目经验，掌握 LLM、工具调用、RAG、Workflow、Multi Agent 技术，会使用至少一种 Agent 开发框架；具备生产级编码、业务抽象建模与跨团队沟通协作能力，抗压性强。
