## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责理赔相关数据报表的搭建、整理和分析，确保数据的准确性和完整性
- 运用统计方法和数据分析工具，对理赔数据进行深入挖掘，发现潜在问题和优化点
- 输出理赔数据分析报告，为管理层提供数据支持和决策依据
- 其他领导交办的工作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，数统、计算机类专业；
- 具备较强的逻辑分析能力和数据敏感度;；
- 具备较强的沟通协调能力和解决问题的能力；
- 具备一定的数理基础，掌握SOL、python基础等数据软件。
