## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责商户运营管理，含商户引入、审核、签约、上线及日常维护管理等；
- 负责对客活动运营，含策划并执行总行兜底类营销活动，设计渠道专属活动与主题营销活动，协调资源推进活动上线、服务商对接及费用结算等；
- 负责渠道推动及数据管理，含制定渠道推动策略，提升重点渠道渗透率，数据报表管理与发布等；
- 客诉支持，负责解答分支行疑问及客户咨诉。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、金融等相关专业优先； 2、3年以上银行或大型互联网企业工作经验，有商户运营、活动运营、渠道管理经理经验者优先； 3、具备良好的沟通协调能力以及良好的团队协作精神工作； 4、工作细致认真，责任心强，能够承受一定的工作压力，具备较强的解决问题能力。
