## Job description

岗位职责 （1）车代渠道业务目标、发展规划制定； （2）车代渠道产品政策、资源分配规则制定，投产检视； （3）车代渠道续保模式落地推动 （4）车代渠道非车、综金业务推动 （5）搭建车代渠道整体数据分析体系，预测预警； （6）车代渠道市场研究，打法策略制定； 任职资格
- 全日制大学本科及以上学历；
- 具有两年以上续保管理经验优先；
- 掌握汽车、经济、保险、市场营销类相关专业知识；
- 具有线上化推动经验，较强的沟通、学习能力。
