## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动完成所辖网点的业务经营计划;
- 负责所辖网点日常经营管理
- 保证下属各个团队正常、良性运作;
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保业务品质及合规。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，双证齐全。经济、金融、财会、营销类专业优先考虑;
- 具有5-8年以上零售银行或金融行业从业经验，3年以上银行或金融行业一线销售经验，业绩优异;
- 持有基金从业证书，取得AFP、CFP、银行、保险从业资格等相关专业证书者优先，拥有客户资源者优先;
- 具有商业敏感度，善于发现商机;工作责任心强，具有优秀的市场开拓、客户服务和营销推动能力;善于组建、激励销售队伍;
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为。
