## Job description

岗位职责
- 落实消保机制体制建设，包括消保制度的撰写和修订，制定消保计划，推动消保工作落实和跨部门协同等。
- 组织消保机制运行，包括消保审查、消保考核、消保内部培训工作等。
- 负责升级客诉的日常处理，建设有效的纠纷化解机制。
- 根据监管要求撰写客诉案件报告，对投诉案件进行溯源治理，减少升级案件。
- 其他运营及服务相关工作的协同参与。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上消保/客诉相关工作经验，有投诉管理、第三方支付机构合规法律经验者优佳。
- 具备较强的公文写作能力，积极主动，有良好的跨团队沟通协作精神和服务意识。
- 具备较强的逻辑思维能力，善于思考和总结
