## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责银行保险部的销售计划制定与执行，确保销售目标的达成;
- 管理销售团队，包括团队建设、培训、绩效评估及激励;
- 推动银行保险产品的销售，维护客户关系，提升客户满意度;
- 分析市场动态及竞争对手情况，制定并调整销售策略;
- 协调内部资源，推动销售活动的顺利开展;
- 定期汇报销售业绩及市场分析，提出改进建议; 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融类、管理类相关专业者优先
- 具备渠道管理经验，全面管理能力者优先
- 熟悉银保相关开发、维护及管理者优先
