## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据全行零售银行定位与发展规划，结合所在区域特点，组织制定支行业务中长期发展规划并监督实施；
- 组织落实上级行下达的经营及营销计划，落实各项零售业务经营指标；
- 根据市场需求组织策划重要产品的销售活动；
- 组织推动支行各项管理制度的实施，提高业务团队的业务素质和战斗力；
- 在权限范围内开展业务团队建设，确保支行人员的稳定及发展；
- 完成上级行下达的其他任务。

### 任职资格 学历

本科及以上学历，市场营销、金融等相关专业者优先考虑； 年龄： 35周岁（含）以下； 经验：银行工作经验5年以上，善于统筹管理零售及运营各项工作，市场开拓及服务营销能力强； 从业经验丰富、以往业绩突出的可适当放宽条件。
