## Job description

岗位职责

### 数据产品运营推广，赋能生产经营
- 打通不同产品、承保理赔、线上化等底层数据，搭建客户标签体系，对客户分群画像、人货场分类研究，挖掘研究符合湖南市场的个性策略并落地；

### 科技能力应用推广
- 搭建AI等科技能力，推广总分公司科技产品的应用；

### 报表去手工
- 推动各条线去手工工作，搭建符合经营逻辑的指标体系；

### 前置库管理及底层数据治理
- 负责前置库权限管理、数据安全管理、操作培训等；治理基础数据，确保各系统数据真实有效；

### 机构数据人员管理
- 负责各条线数据人员能力培训，营造科技数据文化，提升整体科技数据能力； 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历 2.精算、统计等相关专业优先
