## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责投诉案件及信息咨询案件处理，与客户沟通并安抚，保证不案件不升级，妥善处理；当地监管转办案件处理，办结行文报告；投诉案件根因回溯，推动投诉问题整改。
- 执行并落实总部制定的投诉相关制度，整理流程和规则建议，推动服务体验不断完善。
- 推动属地消费者权益保护工作，对接年度消费者权益保护评价工作，完成咨诉日报、周报、月报及内部投诉专项报告的撰写；投诉根因分析，推动责任部门问题优化，提升客户体验。
- 当地监管定期拜访，汇报投诉管理工作，了解最新政策；监管季报、半年报、年报报送工作；推动开展3.15消费者权益保护月等各类活动。
- 负责客户服务工作，检视机构触点NPS调研问题，推动客户体验提升，客户信息管理制度落实及问题分析整改，提升服务评价。
- 公司领导交付的其他工作。 任职资格
- 全日制本科学历及以上。
- 有保险投诉、消费者权益保护、保险理赔协谈、保险法务等工作经验优先。
- 较好的团队合作意识，积极向上，做事认真负责，执行力强。
- 能熟练使用excel、ppt等基础办公软件。
