## Job description

岗位职责 工作职责
- 负责部门相各类数据管理平台和AI技术应用的整改规划和设计
- 负责数据管理监测平台、知识管理平台的开发管理和运营
- 负责集团数据技术体系的评估、指导与检视
- 负责部门系统和平台的安全管理，管理安全问题额修复
- 负责数据监测和知识管理平台的运营， 设计风险监测、敏感信息识别、AI审核等功能，管理和推动平台建设 任职资格 任职要求

### 经验
- 1-3年工作经验，具备数据类产品设计和建设经验。

### 懂开发
- 理解数据相关系统架构、数据流向及AI检索技术逻辑，能评估技术方案合规性；

### 懂产品
- 能识别产品流程中的合规断点，设计嵌入式管控节点（审批流、风控策略）；

### 懂运营
- 能通过流程优化、数据监控、培训宣导推动合规要求落地。

### 专业要求
- 产品设计能力；有AI大模型、数据合规经验者优先。

### 素质
- 产品经验丰富， 风险敏感度高，跨部门推动力强，逻辑严谨，具备制度化思维。
