## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据公司战略发展及业务发展情况，结合数据分析撰写相关总结规划报告；
- 负责全国各分部的业务追踪推动；
- 制定月度、季度、年度激励方案，并做好方案的宣导推动及兑现；
- 负责日常各业务条线相关项目进度跟进；
- 完成上级领导布置的其他任务。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、管理、人力资源等专业优先；
- 具有2年以上相关金融领域的从业经验，具有银行工作经验者、汽车金融行业工作经验者优先；
- 具备优秀的数据分析能力、报告撰写、业务推动能力等。
