## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责对所辖团队的整体管理，在遵守合规和风险管理要求的前提下开展业务；
- 负责达成所辖团队的销售任务 ；
- 负责业务拓展，并组织所辖团队实施营销活动；
- 负责所辖团队建设和人才培养，以及产品、技能、政策的培训。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历；
- 有5年以上相关工作经验，3年以上团队管理经验；
- 熟悉政府、财政、机构类相关知识及政策法规、公司银行相关业务；
- 具有优秀的业务拓展能力、抗压能力、沟通协调和推动执行能力强，优秀的管理能力，善于团队搭建 。
