## Job description

岗位职责 负责医健服务平台相关产品/解决方案的技术管理工作； 负责医疗服务推荐引擎、服务履约全链路平台等核心系统设计和实施； 结合大模型和AI技术，探索服务推荐、履约调度等场景的智能化应用； 构建服务质量闭环体系和资金链路管理能力，支撑四到业务； 任职资格 重点院校本科及以上学历，7年以上软件研发经验，2年以上团队管理经验； 具备良好的工程开发基础、系统设计能力，精通Java，熟悉分布式系统架构； 有推荐系统、O2O服务平台建设经验优先； 有大模型应用经验，包括但不限于熟悉主流大模型、研发框架，有Agent构建和研发、RAG等落地经验优先； 有医疗健康、本地生活服务行业经验优先； 具有优秀的沟通技巧、团队合作经验、敬业精神和学习能力； 具有较强的抗压能力和执行力。
