## Job description

岗位职责
- 参与部门内部制度管理工作；
- 品质需求收集、制定与跟踪，推动品质优化工作；
- 新产品、新流程上线前评估，与业务方的业务流程沟通，内部业务流程优化；
- 配合合规审计工作；
- 参与外包业务招投标，及日常外包商管理；
- BCP管理；
- 上级领导交待的其他事宜。

### 任职资格 相关经验

2年及以上相关客户服务工作经验，特别优秀者可适当放宽条件； 专业能力 ：具备银行卡专业知识、良好的沟通技巧。； 核心能力 ：
- 熟练使用办公软件，良好的中英文口头、书面表达能力；
- 具备为他人服务的特质与精神，工作积极负责；工作细致；
- 高效率的内外沟通和协调能力；能够承受巨大的工作压力与挑战；
- 参加岗位上岗资格考试或考核并达到要求。
