## Job description

岗位职责
- 反馈客户情况和建议，对客户集中咨询的业务提出优化建议
- 负责处理、回复客户的提问
- 负责电话回复无法处理的客户和产寿银信各条线客户解答
- 在服务客户同时为公司创造更大价值
- 领导交办的其它工作 任职资格
- 有1-3年客户服务处理技巧、服务转营销技能，互联网营销群经营等经验优先考虑
- 金融专业相关，如产寿银信，如在平安有销售经验的也可以
- 能把握客户，愿意钻研企业微信新事物的能力
