## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责房贷客群定位分析、客群经营管理体系建设、客群经营策略制定及迭代优化；负责竞品对标分析、搭建零售信贷房贷产品体系、建立产品制度，并持续完善；
- 负责与科技、风险协同沟通，推动房贷研发设计、产品上线及迭代优化；
- 负责持续拓展和优化产品方案体系，对接开发商/平台等机构的客群经营，提升产品竞争力；
- 负责上级领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历，2年及以上金融抵押产品研发、运营相关工作经验；
- 有行业研究和分析能力、思维活跃、调理清晰，有较高的逻辑分析和理解能力；
- 具有良好的数据分析能力，能聚焦业务目标进行价值挖掘，产出方案提升整体产品转化及产能；
- 责任心强，具备独立和系统的思维和产品策略，能够推动复杂的、多线条的、内外部的项目成功上线及运行。
