## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接和维护支行分层经营的移交客户，保持客户资产规模并取得增长，增加营收、提高客户忠诚度。
- 通过MGM和自拓增加财富客户，促进潜力客户升级；以客户为中心，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为客户提供个性化的投资建议和理财方案，实现客户财富的保值增值；
- 积极配合和参与财富团队管理，提供合理化建议，保持积极向上的团队氛围；4.贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保业务品质及合规。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备2年及以上银行工作经验，熟悉银行零售业务；
- 熟悉银行产品，服务营销能力强，具有基金、保险从业资格、AFP、CFP等理财证照者优先；
- 亲和力强、有服务意识和销售特质、抗压力强；纪律及合规意识强。
