## Job description

岗位职责
- 推动新人培养工作，规划培训班运作方向并授课；
- 推动和追踪新人培训各项指标达成；
- 培训课件的制作及数据分析性工作；
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具有较强的执行能力、沟通应变能力及抗压能力；
- 有良好的心理素质、有耐心、上进心、学习领悟能力强。
