## Job description

岗位职责

### 定价与销售推动
- 负责产品线核保定价、产品指引及销售推动

### 经营分析
- 分析、预测、预警经营目标的达成情况，发现问题并分析原因，提出解决方案建议；
- 贯彻执行公司规章制度、监管规定、行业自律规范及法律法规，依法合规经营
- 完成上级交办的其他事项 任职资格
- 全日制本科及以上学历；
- 近一年后线考核前70%及以上，前线KPI良好及以上；
- 具备数据分析和判断能力；
- 具备良好组织协调能力及解决问题能力。
- 有两核工作经验者优先
