## Job description

岗位职责 1. 本科及以上学历； 2. 5-10年及以上金融行业营销经验，3年以上团队管理经验，过往业绩表现良好； 3. 在销售管理、营销领域具有丰富经验，了解熟悉各类型产品，有一线销售经验，具有较强的营销规划能力和服务营销能力，持有AFP/CFP理财专业证书，国际保险专业证照优先； 4. 认同公司文化，积极进取，结果导向，抗压能力强，优秀的沟通影响和团队管理能力，无不良从业记录，责任心和合规意识强。 任职资格 1．对中心管户范围内的客户经营业绩负责，贯彻总行下达的业务发展计划和目标，分解和制定具体的达成计划，完成年度经营目标； 2．积极研究和贯彻总行业务模式，执行总行的各项政策、制度，制定本中心具体的落地方案； 3．负责中心团队业务人员队伍的组建、管理，合规经营，防范风险，提升团队执行力、凝聚力和战斗力； 4．积极研究和贯彻总行客户分层经营业务模式，制定和推动实施本分行内的客户分层经营计划； 5．执行总行的各项政策、制度，制定本中心具体的落地方案。
