## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责为机构客户提供技术支持，包括产品方案设计、系统演示等;
- 负责维护和开发机构客户关系，定期拜访并了解客户需求;
- 负责分析客户需求，设计针对性的解决方案并推动实施;
- 负责协调内部资源，推动项目落地并确保客户满意度;
- 负责跟踪行业动态及竞争对手情况，提出产品优化建议; 任职资格
- 具备银行机构业务相关知识，熟悉银行产品及服务;
- 具备3年以上银行售前支持或相关工作经验;
- 具备良好的沟通能力和客户关系管理能力;
- 具备项目管理经验，能够协调资源推动项目落地;
- 具备银行相关行业认证（如CFA、FRM等）优先;
- 具备英语沟通能力，能够处理国际业务优先;
