## Job description

岗位职责
- 根据统编版教材，依照部门研发要求，进行小学语文/初中语文的课程开发；
- 对课程进行多梯度的分层教研，使产品覆盖不同程度学生的需求；
- 根据一线教学反馈，迭代升级现有课程；
- 使用公司系统进行教材后台管理；
- 追踪及研究行业动态，为市场活动提供相关教学支持。 任职资格
- 汉语言文学/教育学相关专业，全日制本科及以上学历，985/211优先；
- 熟悉小学语文/初中语文知识体系，具备扎实的文字功底；
- 三年以上语文教研经验，有线上课程研发经验优先；
- 对课程设计有自己的想法和见解，对教材质量有要求；
- 认同公司价值观，具备良好的执行能力。
