## Job description

岗位职责

### 两地项目全周期管理
- 主导“两地车”项目落地，制定详细实施路线图，协调总部、线上客户及分公司资源，确保项目按期交付并达成预期指标

### 产品本土化转化
- 基于香港市场特性，调研总部车险可应用至本地的经营举措，提升产品在本地市场的渗透率与竞争力

### 渠道生态建设
- 开拓并维护本地核心中介渠道，建立稳定的业务来源，制定渠道激励政策，提升中介对平安品牌的B端专业认知与合作满意度

### 中介团队赋能
- 引入并本土化总部成熟的“车商+车代”成功经验，搭建高效的中介销售团队管理体系，优化人员结构与激励机制

### 增长引擎打造
- 设定明确的月度/季度保费增长目标，通过数据分析识别业务瓶颈，制定针对性攻坚策略，确保完成年度KPI

### 人才梯队建设
- 负责团队核心骨干的选拔、培养与考核，建立符合两地监管要求的合规销售文化

### 成本结构透视
- 协同总部车险部与精算团队，建立本地车险成本模型，精准拆解赔付率、费用率等关键指标，识别成本异常点

### 经营成效评估
- 定期输出《车险业务经营分析报告》，用数据验证业务动作的有效性，为管理层决策提供量化依据 任职资格 1、8年以上保险行业经验，其中至少5年车险领域管理经验，有香港或大湾区车险业务实操经验者优先 2、考核：近两年考核一年前40%、另一年前70%，不分先后（前线对应优秀/良好）

### 合规
- 近3年无警告及以上处罚，过往无诚信问题处罚
- 熟悉内地与香港两地车险监管政策、市场规则及产品形态，拥有本地中介渠道资源
- 具备分析运营数据并实施数据驱动解决方案的能力
- 具备较强的领导力和人员管理能力，有成功管理团队并推动绩效提升的业绩记录
- 擅长跨部门、跨地域沟通，能有效调动总部资源解决本地业务难题
- 具备解决问题的思维方式，注重细节，组织能力强
- 具备三语（粤语/普通话/英语）流利沟通能力
