## Job description

岗位职责 1、专业职能模块 ① 资产配置服务 负责执行中财富及以上客户的资产配置服务流程，出具客户的资产配置报告，对资产配置报告的执行情况进行定期检视。 ② 产品配置推动 了解产品发行情况，熟悉产品特征，发掘销售要点，并行销售辅导，参与复杂产品销售。 2、基础经营职能模块 ① 客户关系管理 负责落实财富及以上客户的联系与维护管理办法，制定并执行客户陪访工作规划，在陪访过程中提供专业支持，包括投资观点说明、产品组合建议、产品说明和释疑等。 ② 营销推动 积极参与业务所属地的营销推动 组织并参与中高端客户活动（如进行主题演讲等）。 ③ 支持工作 负责指导、支持RM开展财富管理工作 收集与反馈市场及客户信息，针对资产配置等相关工作提出优化完善建议。 任职资格
- 具备证券从业资格、基金从业资格；
- 本科或以上学历、三年及以上金融行业工作经验；
- 具备优秀的沟通表达能力，沙龙路演组织能力，良好的团队合作意识；
- 较强的专业投资顾问基础知识储备及金融产品解读能力；
- 具备较强的客户沟通能力、营销能力和丰富服务经验；
- 在信托、银行、券商有资产配置相关工作经验且业绩表现突出者优先考虑。
