## Job description

岗位职责
- 业务及产品推动，线上激励方案、营销活动的拟定、宣导、推动和评估；
- 负责创保线上化管理动作的落地，包括个代线上培训、增员的推动；在本机构推动社群管理、内容营销等工作
- 负责人力、保费、开单率、团队管理等指标达成与追踪 任职资格 1.本科学历 2.0-3年相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力
