## Job description

### 岗位职责 1．业务部管理

规划与组织业务部保费计划的完成，对各 项业务指标的达成负责，对业务经理队伍进行日常管理； 2．渠道业务开拓：负责直销渠道业务开拓； 3．业务支持：对所辖业务部进行销售支援和人员调配； 5．上级主管安排的其他工作。 任职资格 1．45 周岁以下，特别优秀者可放宽至50 周岁以下； 2．大学本科（含自考）及以上学历； 3．10 年及以上保险销售管理或相关工作经验； 4．掌握保险产品和再保知识，具备丰富的专业知识，一般 情况下需要三年以上保险行业从业经验； 5．熟悉目标市场，有较强的营销规划能力和业务管理经验， 需两年以上销售渠道主管经验； 6．具有较强的统筹组织、沟通协调能力。
