## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责跨境金融产品、金融市场产品的产品培训和营销推广；
- 负责跨境金融、国际贸易融资的相关业务审查审批；
- 负责跨境金融产品、金融市场产品在分行层面制度的制定和完善;
- 负责跨境金融重点客户和核心客群的协同营销，提供专业化和个性化的跨境金融服务方案；
- 组织实施跨境金融新业务及新产品的营销推广及培训；
- 完成部门领导交办的其他工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，国际贸易、法律、金融工程相关专业优先，CFA\FRM\CPA等优先；
- 具备两年以上银行业跨境金融业务、金融市场业务从业经历；
- 熟悉跨境金融业务产品及流程，熟悉国际惯例和外汇管理政策；
- 具有客户需求分析能力，掌握客户营销技巧，具备会计结算等相关知识；
- 具备较强的责任心和团队精神、具备良好的沟通协调能力和学习能力，能承受较大的工作压力；
- 具备大学英语四级以上英语水平。
