## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责机构人事档案、员工入离司及考勤等用工事项管理，确保机构用工管理内部合规、外部合法。
- 负责机构招聘预算制定、渠道开拓、招聘实施等工作，确保机构用人需求得到合理满足。
- 负责机构员工绩效体系落实、干部队伍管理等工作，确保满足机构人才管理需要。
- 负责机构组织架构、人力编制及预算的申请、检视及调配工作，确保与机构经营计划相匹配。 任职资格 1.本科学历，人力资源和社会保障类专业 2.1年以上相关工作经验 3.较强的统筹协调能力, 思维敏捷、观察分析能力强
