## Job description

岗位职责 1.建立和维护高净值客户群，保持客户资产规模及取得增长，增长营收、提高客户忠诚度。 2.确保团队有品质的持续经营，协调处理客户投诉。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，双证齐全； 2、3-5年以上银行或金融行业一线销售经验，负责建立和维护高净值客户群； 3、具有银行所需的金融专业知识，了解银行个人金融业务，熟悉保险、证券等相关知识； 4、具备快速了解并挖掘客户需求技能，具备应用销售技巧与专业话术进行销售的能力； 5、职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为。
