## Job description

岗位职责 服务于平安健康险客户，负责健康险脱落客户的续保跟进及潜在客户的新开拓工作，达成业绩指标 按照公司规范设计标准化话术流程，严格执行合规要求 积极参与公司组织的专业技能培训，优化销售技巧与知识储备 任职资格 普通话标准，有客群经营经验优先 出色的人际沟通能力与谈判技巧，善于洞察客户需求 良好的抗压能力，具备挑战高目标、高业绩的能力 拥有保险行业展业经历或销售领域实战经验者优先
