## Job description

岗位职责
- 拓展消费金融信贷业务，负责产品销售和客户经营，完成业绩目标，控制风险；
- 具备银行或金融行业一线销售经验；熟悉基本财务会计知识，具备基本的信贷与财务分析判断能力；
- 沟通及表达能力佳，具备较好的抗压能力、团队协作意识与态度；
- 职业操守良好，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历（原则上），专业不限；
- 同业商业银行从事抵押经营贷业务3年以上，具备5亿以上管户资源优先。
- 踏实肯干，吃苦耐劳，有一定的抗压能力；
- 性格外向，客户服务意识较强，擅长同小微客户打交道，有较强表达沟通及逻辑思维能力；
- 工作态度积极，热爱营销工作，有较强的事业心，具有商圈开拓经验者优先。
