## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责完成团队各项行为管理、质量管理、业绩管理工作；
- 负责制定团队业务发展规划，达成团队的销售任务；
- 负责业务拓展，策划并组织所辖团队实施营销活动；
- 负责所辖团队建设、统筹管理、人才培养和内外部协调沟通，以及产品、技能、政策的培训；
- 建立诚信、合规的信贷文化。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具有5年及以上金融业营销经验，熟悉各种金融产品及相关业务；
- 具有丰富的市场开拓经验和较强的市场开拓能力、团队管理及组织能力；
- 品行端正，具有较强的合规理念和风险意识，无不良记录。
