## Job description

岗位职责
- 辅助销售中心经理、主管管理销售队伍；
- 营造门店竞争争先的良好气氛；
- 管理业务员/客户经理素质、制定业务员培训计划；
- 执行公司各项规章制度，负责下属的合规性工作；
- 完成领导交办的其它工作。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 有3年及以上金融行业从业经历，1年以上金融保险机构培训工作者优先；
- 具备较强的逻辑思维，优秀的口头及书面表达能力，能够单独组织策划各类团体活动。
