## Job description

岗位职责
- 建立健全消保制度体系，定期追踪检视制度落实情况；
- 组织开展金融知识教育宣传活动及内部培训。
- 组织开展消保审查工作，检视审查有效性，及时更新审查要点。
- 组织开展消保考核工作，制定年度考核方案，月度监测指标达成情况。
- 参与消保监管评价自评，机构消保监督检查等工作。
- 上级主管安排的其他消费者权益保护相关工作。 任职资格 1.、教育背景：本科及以上学历，保险、金融、法律、新媒体等相关专业优先。 2、工作经验：2-3年金融机构消保相关工作经验，有监管对接经验者优先； 3.、专业技能： （1）熟练使用办公软件，擅长公众号等宣传媒介运营。 （2）具备良好的逻辑分析能力和数据敏感度。 4、综合素质： （1）认真负责，具备解决问题的能力和较强工作执行的能力。 （2）具备良好的抗压能力、协调沟通能力和团队合作精神。
