## Job description

岗位职责
- 对银行拟开展的业务进行合规性评审；对各类协议文本、制度进行法律审查，解答业务部门的日常各类法律咨询；
- 对诉讼、仲裁案件和外聘律师工作进行日常管理；
- 关联交易日常管理、咨询、培训工作；
- 对商业谈判、突发事件、外部投诉等事项提供法律支持；
- 研究与银行权益有重大影响的法律问题，发布政策解读及风险提示，开展法律合规培训；
- 完成上级交办的其他事项。 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，本科须为法学专业； 2、须通过国家统一司法考试并取得法律职业资格证书； 3、3年以上金融行业或律师事务所工作经验，熟悉国家相关法律法规，行业监管规则，具有较强的业务分析及处理能力； 4、有较强的公文写作、语言表达能力和逻辑思维，沟通协调能力强，具备良好的职业道德，无不良职业记录，团队合作能力、执行能力及抗压能力强。
