## Job description

岗位职责
- 按照企业会计准则和公司会计政策，负责资管产品日常估值核算和月结工作；
- 持续解读会计准则和税务政策，评估影响和落地方案；
- 支持新产品、新投资品种、新业务模式评估和分析，规划估值整体方案；
- 负责估值相关监管报送、报表编制及日常数据统计分析等工作。 任职资格
- 硕士及以上学历，金融、财会、经济或者相关专业优先；
- 具有会计相关专业背景，持有CPA、ACCA或会计专业技术资格证书者优先；
- 具有1年以上会计、估值、审计等相关工作经验；
- 熟悉金融核算系统及相关业务流程，具有系统建设、优化或数字化项目经验者优先；
- 工作认真细致，吃苦耐劳，有较强的抗压能力、适应能力，以及持续学习能力；
- 有良好的沟通能力、团队精神以及服务意识。
