## Job description

岗位职责
- 投诉倾向客户拦截；
- 客户投诉问题处理，包括但不限于核实、调查、回复、结案；
- 疑难案件、高风险事件（如群访群诉、负面舆情扩散等）处置，包括但不限于核实、调查、回复、客户面谈、结案；
- 权限范围处理方案制定；
- 完成公司要求的其它工作事项。 任职资格
- 本科学历，有1年以上客服、投诉处理工作经验；
- 具有银行、互联网金融、融资担保公司等金融类机构工作背景优先；
- 有较强的沟通能力、学习能力及执行力、逻辑思维清晰；
- 熟练使用办公软件。
