## Job description

岗位职责
- 合理制定分行业务目标并有效实施；
- 统筹分行日常管理与训练辅导，带领团队成员完成业务发展目标；
- 作为分行案件防控、风险把控的第一责任人，同时对监管检查及处罚负责，协调处理客户投诉，贯彻合规及风险控制要求；
- 负责团队建设和人才培养，包括产品、技能、政策培训。 任职资格
- 本科以上学历；
- 从事金融工作5年以上或从事经济工作9年以上（其中从事金融工作2年以上）；
- 过往业绩优异，拟任职地具有一定特殊资源者优先；
- 无严重违规违纪及不良从业记录；
- 符合监管对分行高级管理人员的任职资格要求。
