## Job description

岗位职责
- 承接维护客户，保持客户资产规模并取得增长，增加营收、提高客户忠诚度；
- 通过MGM和自拓增加财富客户，促进潜力客户升级；
- 以客户为中心，不断挖掘和满足客户需求，为客户提供个性化的投资建议和银保方案；
- 全方面满足客户需求，开展交叉销售，以资产配置方式向客户销售银行和集团各子公司银保/金融产品，促进客户升级；
- 积极配合和参与分行管理，提供合理化建议，保持积极向上的团队氛围；
- 贯彻合规及风控制度要求，确保业务品质及合规。 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，金融类相关专业优先； 2.追求卓越、具有商业敏感性、沟通协调能力强，合规意识强； 3.2-3年以上同业理财经理或保险公司、保险经纪公司优秀个人代理人、银保渠道专员等岗位者优先； 4.有优质客户资源。
