## Job description

岗位职责
- 处理柜台日常业务交易，熟悉并严格执行各项柜面业务操作流和管理规定；
- 以亲切、专业、规范、熟练的服务态度和业务技能向客户提供优质、高效的服务；
- 配合开展各类产品销售活动，接待客户业务办理及咨询等。 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历；
- 有1-3年零售柜员工作经验；
- 具备基金从业资格证及AFP等资格优先；
- 具备良好的服务意识及职业操守，风险意识强，无违法违纪行为。
