## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责从投资角度对另类投资业务进行投后跟踪管理，包括但不限于债权投资计划、信托计划、ABS等；
- 执行另类投资业务的日常投后管理工作，响应管理人发起的受益人大会表决，处理产品续期或到期等投后决策；
- 撰写投后管理报告，定期监测投资风险，定期走访调研；
- 响应各类风险预警事项，及时跟踪处理制定风险缓释方案，并推动方案落地；
- 完成上级交办的其他相关工作。 任职资格
- 金融、财会、经济等相关专业硕士及以上学历；
- 拥有5年工作经验，3年另类投资业务投前或投后相关经验；
- 具备很强的责任心、自驱力、抗压力和优秀的组织、沟通、统筹能力。
