## Job description

岗位职责 1.1、现有平安内部综拓、银行等销售渠道的维护；新产品的宣导和推广； 2、对寿险代理人、寿险综拓专员、中介（含第三方平台）进行各类产品培训、展业辅导； 3、对寿险机构进行各类形式的日常沟通、业务有效追踪、关系维护等； 2.1、各类客户的新保、续保服务，以及销售相关运营、系统类问题处理； 2、微信群建设、各类线上平台运维、以及各类方案的制作和追踪。 任职资格 1.大专学历 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，杰出的抗压耐力，具有丰富的专业知识储备
